Hema Malini Sivalingagam With over 25 years of experience in education, coaching, and leadership training, Ms. Hema specialises in creating student-centred learning environments and empowering educators to lead meaningful change. Her areas of expertise include curriculum development, teacher mentoring, capacity building, and student engagement—driving impactful initiatives for educational transformation.
