Learn how to use Kiwanis Engage!

Dear SLP leaders,
We want you to be the first to know that we have launched training for Kiwanis Engage — our new online platform that makes it easier to connect, collaborate and share ideas. Available to the entire Kiwanis family, Kiwanis Engage provides members and leaders with essential tools, including the ability to:
  1. Manage membership, club, division and district data.
  2. Generate monthly and annual reports.
  3. Add and manage member and nonmember chaperones.
  4. Manage background checks.
  5. Process financial transactions, including viewing and paying invoices.
On our learning resources webpage, we have a variety of training videos that take you step-by-step through common tasks such as logging in, updating a club’s members list, reporting officers, generating dues invoices and viewing important data. These videos have been assembled into three levels — to coincide with member, club officer and district officer roles.
We strongly encourage you to begin with the videos for “all SLP members.” After that, you are free to follow the appropriate education track — or skip around to find the video you need at a particular moment.

On the learning resources webpage, you’ll also find links to the Kiwanis Engage test site. This is where you can try out what you have learned, with real club data — but without the worry of altering or misusing it in the final product.

Later this summer when the new platform is live; Kiwanis Engage will replace the current reporting site — known as Kiwanis Connect or the Membership Update Center. Be on the lookout for more communications on Kiwanis Engage’s launch date!

If you have any questions, please send the Kiwanis Engage team a message.

Service is strongest when partnerships come together

Service is strongest when partnerships come together. The Kiwanis Club of Visionaries is honoured to collaborate with Books For A Better World (BFBW) and Gains Global (Bauli Malaysia) to turn excess food stock into meaningful community impact. When Gains Global reached out to donate their surplus items, we worked together to ensure these treats reached communities that would truly appreciate them. Together, we distributed the donated goodies to: 🏫 Raphael Academy – bringing smiles and excitement to the children 🏡 En Yuan Old Folks Home – sharing warmth and cheer with our senior citizens This collaboration reflects what Kiwanis is all about — serving the community, reducing wastage, and creating positive change through teamwork. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to: 🙏 Gains Global (Bauli Malaysia) for their generosity and social responsibility 📚 Books For A Better World (BFBW) for coordinating and facilitating this meaningful initiative It is partnerships like these that allow us to serve more, reach more, and do more good together. #KiwanisClubOfVisionaries #KiwanisMalaysia #GainsGlobal #BauliMalaysia #BooksForABetterWorld #CommunityService #FoodDonation #ReduceWastage #ServingTheChildren #ServingTheElderly #TogetherWeCan

PONGGAL 202617 1月 266Klang

PONGGAL 2026

🌾 Celebrating Ponggal with Heart and Heritage 🌾 This year, we were honored to join the Apex Club of Klang and MYKITA in celebrating the vibrant Pongal festival at MYKITA Hostel, Kerling. PonGgal, the cherished Tamil harvest festival, is a time of gratitude, tradition, and togetherness. It was especially meaningful to reconnect with the boys we met during last year’s GGAC 2025 Youth Camp in Mantin, young hearts who remembered us fondly and welcomed us with joy. Many of these children are orphans, growing up without parental care, yet deeply loved by those who nurture them. Their resilience shines through as they are top scholars, talented athletes, and some even represent their state in sports. We began the day with a heartfelt prayer for health and prosperity, followed by the creation of beautiful rice based kolam artwork. The ceremonial cooking of Ponggal, a dish symbolizing abundance, made by boiling rice with milk and jaggery reminded us of the festival’s essence “boiling over” with blessings. The celebration came alive with spirited performances of Kalaripayat and Silambam, showcasing the children’s discipline, pride, and cultural heritage. In line with the Kiwanis motto "Serving the children of the world", we donated three laptops, hoping they will empower these bright young minds on their journey toward excellence. Grateful for the opportunity to share this day of joy, tradition, and connection. Nandri Vanakkam
