Greetings!
I am excited to share with you an opportunity to make a meaningful impact this Christmas through the “Donate a Book, Share a Story” campaign. Now in its 3rd year, this initiative is organized by Books For A Better World (BFBW) in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (KCTTDI) to provide books to children from underprivileged backgrounds.
I would like to invite you and/or your organization to participate by purchasing boxes of books from BFBW to be donated to these children. Each box contains 10 gift-wrapped books and costs only RM100 per box. Your contribution will help bring the joy of reading to the kids we support through Kiwanis.
Together, let’s make this Christmas special for the children in need. Thank you for your generosity and for supporting a cause that brings joy and education to those who need it most.

KCTTDI Fellowship at Amcorp Mall
(28/11/24) We've been keeping busy, but we always make time for one another! That's the spirit of Kiwanis! Today, old and new friends came together for our monthly fellowship gathering at 385 Restaurant in Amcorp Mall. Together, we shared stories about past projects and our upcoming Christmas project, which will take place on December 4th to bring Christmas cheer to refugee children! Pasta Sauce Donation to B40 Community
When we partner with others, we can achieve so much more! A huge thank you to all the hardworking volunteers who picked up the pasta sauce from the Soup Kitchen and delivered it to refugee centers and homes in Pudu, Ampang, Kepong, and Cheras. It truly is a team effort, and your dedication makes a world of difference! Together, we are spreading hope and nourishment to those in need! Let’s keep this momentum going! Ristorante Pasta Sauce Donation to The Assembly Soup Kitchen
(21/11/24) A total of 444 cartons of pasta sauce made their journey from Penang to Shah Alam and finally to the Soup Kitchen, thanks to the incredible support of Kiwanians who lent a hand to unload the sauces. Shout out to Sandra and Jocelyn! That’s actually 10,656 packets of tomato paste that could feed up to 31,968 people! I’m not a numbers person, but WOW—it’s amazing to think that all of this would have just ended up in landfills if we hadn’t stepped in to redirect it to the soup kitchen. I am incredibly grateful to The Assembly Soup Kitchen, who will turn these sauces into meals for the B40 community, refugees, schools, and those in need. I look forward to seeing the delicious menu they will create for the beneficiaries. None of this would have been possible without Mr. Jayshankar Velayutham from Dr. Oetker Nona Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. who reached out to me. We hope to inspire even more individuals to join us in preventing food waste and helping feed our communities.
