Donate a Book, Share a Story

Project by Kiwanis Taman Tun Dr. Ismail

Description

We are excited to share with you an opportunity to make a meaningful impact this Christmas through the “Donate a Book, Share a Story” campaign. Now in its 3rd year, this initiative is organized by Books For - Better World (BFBW) in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (KCTTDI) to provide books to children from underprivileged backgrounds.
We invite your organization to support this cause by making a cash contribution towards purchasing books from BFBW, which will then be donated to these children. Each RM100 contribution will cover the cost of 10 gift-wrapped books.
How many boxes (RM100 per box) would your organization be inspired to sponsor, helping us make this holiday season brighter for these children?
To contribute, kindly make your payment to:

Kids need computer1Muar

Kids need computer

In the modern world, access to technology is no longer a privilege—it is a fundamental need. At the Kiwanis Special Needs Centre in Muar, many of our children still lack access to basic computers, limiting their opportunities for learning, development, and self-expression. "Kids Need Computer" is a project dedicated to bridging this digital gap. Our goal is to provide computers and digital learning tools to special needs children, enabling them to explore new skills, access educational resources, and grow with confidence in today’s digital age. These children are full of potential. With the right tools, they can not only learn but thrive. Computers can help them develop communication skills, hand-eye coordination, digital literacy, and creativity. Most importantly, it empowers them to feel included in a world where technology touches every part of life. How Your Contribution Helps Your donation will support: The purchase of computers and necessary accessories such as keyboards, headphones, and mouseBasic digital learning software tailored to special needs educationA dedicated learning space for guided computer sessionsTraining for educators to support children in using technology effectively Every contribution, no matter the amount, brings us closer to creating an inclusive and empowered learning environment. Together, we can give every child the chance to discover their abilities and potential through the power of technology. Help us build a better future, one computer at a time.
