Kristy Yong Licensed Physiotherapist (Australia Counselling Association), HRD Corp Accredited Trainer Kristy is a licensed psychotherapist whose professional journey spans special needs education. Forensic counselling and community mental health. She has worked extensively with individuals facing challenges such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression and complex family - dynamics. Driven by a passion for mental well-being, Kristy is dedicated to supporting the Malaysian community through personalised counselling, impactful workshops and mental health advocacy. Hema Malini Sivalingagam With over 25 years of experience in education, coaching, and leadership training, Ms. Hema specialises in creating student-centred learning environments and empowering educators to lead meaningful change. Her areas of expertise include curriculum development, teacher mentoring, capacity building, and student engagement—driving impactful initiatives for educational transformation. Neil Stoneham Neil is a senior trainer and executive coach at Vextree Ltd delivering leadership and management training, as well as professional copywriting services to major corporations worldwide.
